RomyLabs is an independent software company building focused operating systems for industries where generic software creates unnecessary friction. Each product is designed around the workflows, terminology, customer relationships, reporting, and day-to-day realities of the people who actually use it.
Built from real operational problems.
RomyLabs was founded by Romy Cruz, a tax resolution practitioner and operator who built TaxRes after years of working around software that was either too generic, too complicated, or simply did not understand tax resolution deeply enough. The idea was straightforward: instead of forcing a business to adapt to software, build software around the way that business already works.
TaxRes became the first proof of that model. From there, RomyLabs expanded into other industries with the same approach: Camvella for HOA and community management, Arcvena for electrical contractors, BocaSync for dental practices, GroundIVO for landscaping and field service, Oculivo for modern eye care, Restore Relay for restoration and roofing contractors, and PoolVerge, our pool-service CRM currently in development. Different industries, different products — but the same operating philosophy behind every one.
Today, RomyLabs is building a portfolio of independently branded vertical software products supported by a shared platform foundation for security, analytics, support, billing, communications, and product operations. That lets each CRM stay deeply focused on its own industry without rebuilding the same infrastructure from scratch every time.
RomyLabs remains founder-owned, operator-run, and independent. The goal is not to chase feature lists or build generic software for everyone. It is to keep shipping focused products that solve real operational problems, improve continuously, and earn their place inside the businesses that depend on them.
